SUMMARY

In the prepared soils, they cultivated potatoes, named “Ispalla mama”. They produced it very well for their feeding. They tried to the plants like human beings. Then, they gave to the plants, food, drink and parties.
There were sages. They could speak with the nature to be protected of the adverse natural phenomena. They were guided by biological indicators until our days. They were helped each other by systems like: ayni, mink’a, sataqa, chiquiña, waki and other, according to uses and customs. The potato is the principal food from all over the world. This is cultivated by the Aymaras according to customs in the production. In other countries it is produced with chemical products and they harm a lot of to the potato. Potato’s production has been commercialized now.
